STORY
Heres what happen: (what I know)

After stalins defeat the U.S. had some guy take over russia. He was just supossed to get the people back on there feet and control them.

He had a plan to take the U.S. and the world. His weapons are from red alert like tesla coil and the nuke, but also to keep an eye on the allies so he build these sensors that use mental power. Also the russians got some weapons upgraded. Like the V2 is the V3 fatest, and more powerful.

The allies have a weather control machine that allows them to have lightning attack an enemis base. They also have more things like prism tower.


Other info
The side seem to be more even. The russians have a ship called the soviet dreadnought, this thing shoots two missile and is accruate.

Allies have a tank that can change into a rock or tree or bush...while firing.

the are alot of untis but am done for now.
